This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy restaurant environment, takes pride in providing excellent guest experiences, and works well as part of a professional team.   About the Restaurant Brasseriet offers a varied food and beverage concept with: ️ Casual à la carte dining 壟 Three-course menus  Conferences, groups and events  Food and beverage service  Busy service periods and a fast-paced working environment You will work closely with the kitchen, bar and the rest of the service team to ensure guests receive smooth, friendly and professional service.  Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who:  Has a positive and welcoming personality ️ Has experience from à la carte restaurant service  Enjoys working in a high-tempo environment ️ Communicates confidently with guests 欄 Works well as part of a team  Has an interest in food, wine and beverages  Is attentive and notices what guests need ✅ Is reliable, organised and professional  Speaks English or Norwegian confidently Experience from hotels, restaurants, conferences or busy casual dining concepts is an advantage.  Your Responsibilities As an À La Carte Waiter, you will:  Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service  Present menus and explain dishes and beverages  Recommend food and drinks when appropriate ✍️ Take accurate food and beverage orders ️ Serve à la carte dishes and three-course menus 壟 Provide beverage and wine service  Assist with conference dinners, groups and events  Follow up guests throughout their dining experience 粒 Keep tables and service areas clean and organised 欄 Cooperate closely with the kitchen, bar and other waiters  Help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest What We Offer  A professional and varied working environment  Competitive salary based on experience 欄 A supportive and social team  Opportunities to develop your service and hospitality skills  Experience with à la carte, events and conference service  Opportunities for further development within the company If you are a positive, energetic waiter who enjoys great food, good service and busy restaurant environments, we would love to hear from you. ️✨ Take note that you will be invited to work a week through Staffers before being offered a permanent job.
